I spend my professional time in the following areas: as an expert consultant and expert witness in regard to insurance claim handling and claim determination issues, agency and agent issues, and other issues that pertain to loss/claim and general insurance issues, including the reasonableness and necessity of an attorney's fees award; and children in regard to child welfare / CPS issues pertaining to abuse and neglect and representing juveniles involved with the juvenile justice system.
