Who Can Apply?
Texas Attorneys – Eligible for full, voting membership if you are in good standing with the State Bar of Texas and current on section dues.
Associate Members – Open to law students, out-of-state attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals interested in solo and small firm practice. (Associate members do not have voting rights.)
